Where to Nest is a Real Estate agency that caters to the needs of their clients. They specialize in getting homes sold quickly and pride themselves on always getting the asking price for their clients. They were looking for a simple website that made them stand out from the other real estate agents in the Washington DC metropolitan area. They didn’t want the traditional templated website all of their competitors seem to have been using. So we provided them with a simple custom web design layout that accurately depicted their brand. They were also using SalesForce as a CRM but was having a difficult time aligning their current processes with what the tool had to offer. We sat down with them and captured their technical requirements along with their current processes and operation model. The task at hand was to build a custom CRM system that would directly aligned with their current processes so that they can eliminate the need to use SalesForce. We them proceeded to build them a customized CRM system that directly ties into their newly designed website so that it captures the leads and nurtures them in accordance with the business processes they had in place in an automated fashion.
